EU Pay Transparency changes, new products and more

Here's just a few of the improvements we have made at Aviation Job Search over the past few months. We have plenty more to come, too.
EU Pay Transparency Directive
The EU Pay Transparency Directive came into force on 7 June 2026, requiring employers across all EU member states to include salary information in job postings.
The legislation is designed to close the gender pay gap and give candidates clearer expectations before they apply. If you're hiring in the EU, salary disclosure is no longer optional, it's a legal requirement.
To follow this directive, we have added more information to our ‘post a job’ builder, making our customers from the EU aware they need to add salary data to comply with this directive.
We launched a new self-serve product
You can now target relevant candidates with a targeted email direct from your jobs dashboard with our new product, Email Boost.
Our email builder will analyse your job advert and match candidates who meet your criteria. You will then be shown the audience size, view the email and select your desired send date.
A targeted email campaign helps you:
- Reach qualified aviation professionals directly
- Engage passive candidates who aren't actively searching
- Increase exposure beyond your job advert
- Generate more applications from relevant talent
Find out more by logging into your account, viewing your published jobs and clicking on the ‘Promote job’ button and selecting email campaigns.
WhatsApp notifications for candidates
Candidates can now opt in to receive WhatsApp notifications on relevant opportunities. We surface the information in their profile and CV to alert them on openings that may be of interest.
