Here's just a few of the improvements we have made at Aviation Job Search over the past few months. We have plenty more to come, too. 

Optimising the candidate registration experience

We have released a new and improved version of the candidate registration experience, focused on a smoother conversion process to reduce bounce rate and improve registration completion rate.

The scope of this project involved fully mobile optimising the page experience.

Improving the CV discovery experience

On the back of customer feedback, we have improved the CV discovery experience.

We have removed the "only actively looking/open to opportunities" filter to display every candidate on the database. This gives our customers a larger initial pool of data to search within to find the candidates they need. 

A larger proportion than ever of the Aviation Job Search database is now made up of active candidates.

SmartMatch is now live

SmartMatch, the AI-driven talent intelligence tool is now live. It leverages Aviation Job Search’s established database of 200,000+ professionals to surface candidates that match the exact technical specs (licenses, type ratings, and recency) of jobs posted on the site and creates an automated talent pool.

Focus on Email and Social

Over the past few months we have been testing new ways to improve engagement across our Email and Social channels. Alongside this we have also honed our segmenting capabilities through these channels to help improve content relevancy and response. This has resulted in improved engagement. 

We have also increased our efforts to engage out of market candidates and bring them back as an active member of Aviation Job Search through campaigns based on their behaviours. This has seen great results so far and is something we will continue to test over the coming months.
