- New format studio-based webinar a huge success
- Over 150,000 aviation professionals and recruiters reached
- Engagement rates almost double the usual LinkedIn benchmark
- Second SkyForce Talent webinar planned for later this year
In July, we hosted a webinar with SkyForce Talent Solutions. This webinar was part of a fully-managed campaign to promote their business and how they want to disrupt the industry by utilising technology not only to speed up the recruitment process, but do good in the world too. SkyForce took full advantage of the flexibiity webinars offer, creating a completely different proposition to British Airways' more job-focused webinar earlier in the year.
SkyForce wanted a platform to tell the world about their business
As a relatively new player in the aviation recruitment world, SkyForce Talent Solutions had a clear sense of purpose. The business wasn’t born just to place people into jobs; it was built to modernise how recruitment functions in aviation. At its core was a strong belief in the balance between human connection and technology-driven efficiency. This wasn’t about replacing people with automation - it was about giving people more time to have meaningful conversations by letting AI do the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
SkyForce knew the value of their approach, but getting that story across was proving difficult in an industry where traditional methods still hold sway. They needed a way to reach both aviation candidates and recruiters, and not just to make them aware of the brand, but to actively demonstrate their way of thinking.
They weren’t interested in gimmicks or surface-level marketing. What they wanted was a platform to show how AI can enhance - not reduce - the human touch in recruitment. From screening CVs faster to nudging candidates with the right opportunities, AI was at the heart of their operation. But it didn’t stop there. Their use of AI also fed into sustainability efforts through initiatives like Trees for Placements, and they were passionate about contractor wellbeing, particularly in high-stakes aviation environments, using tech to give them tools to support them.
What SkyForce needed was something with depth. Something that would attract attention, but also hold it. That’s where the idea of hosting a webinar came in.
We managed everything, from production to promotion
Working together with SkyForce Talent, Aviation Job Search put together a live, high-production webinar aimed at sparking real conversation in the industry. This wasn’t a box-ticking exercise. It was an opportunity to engage an audience of over half a million aviation professionals in a format that allowed nuance, dialogue and visibility.
To manage interest and registrations, a custom event landing page was created with simple sign-up functionality and clear details about the session. SkyForce’s key themes - AI in recruitment, contractor wellbeing, and sustainability - were central to the messaging from the outset.
Promotion was handled in layers. We delivered a targeted email campaign to segmented groups of candidates and recruiters. We posted widely on social media using a mix of short-form video clips, text posts and graphics, and we reached out directly to our network of clients and contacts, inviting them to join.

From a production perspective, we handled everything. SkyForce came to our dedicated filming studio, where we’d prepared a full broadcast setup: lighting, professional cameras, microphones, and technical support. This gave the session a polished, high-quality finish, while allowing the hosts to feel relaxed and natural in a sit-down, conversational format within a studio fully branded to SkyForce Talent.
The discussion between Jeff (Aviation Job Search) and Carlo (SkyForce) was aimed at professionals across Europe and beyond, blending perspectives from both sides of the recruitment process. Topics ranged from automation in talent sourcing, to contractor burnout, to whether the CV is becoming obsolete. And because we know most people don’t tune in live, we also planned an extensive post-broadcast content campaign.
Every asset from the session - the full webinar, short clips, quotes and graphic snippets - was shared with SkyForce to use across their own platforms. Highlights were pushed out on our channels too, ensuring the reach didn’t stop when the cameras did.
Hundreds of thousands of aviation professionals reached
The live webinar drew in around 100 aviation professionals, but the real impact came after the event. Over 6,000 people have watched the replay across LinkedIn and other platforms since it aired, with views steadily climbing thanks to the quality and relevance of the discussion.
To date, video highlights and promotional clips have reached more than 150,000 people, generating significant interest around the session’s themes. More importantly, the content got people talking. Engagement rates averaged 3.6%, well above the LinkedIn benchmark of 1–2%. That’s not just people clicking “like” - it includes meaningful interactions, comments and shares, with many viewers jumping into discussions around the future of recruitment, the value of AI, and the structural issues still holding parts of the aviation industry back.
SkyForce Talent’s LinkedIn page saw a clear increase in followers following the session, a sign that the content didn’t just generate fleeting interest - it drew the right kind of attention from people who want to follow the company’s journey. They’ve since confirmed they’ll be returning for a second webinar in the autumn, with plans to go even deeper into the subjects that matter most to their audience.
Our webinars can help your business too
This project is a perfect example of what webinars can do when they’re built with intent. The format is flexible, but not one-size-fits-all. We can adapt it to suit the business case - whether that’s brand visibility, client education, product demos or thought leadership.
For SkyForce, it was about credibility and community. Webinars give brands like theirs a chance to go beyond surface-level marketing and show people what they really believe in. They offer time and space to share stories, challenge assumptions, and start conversations that continue long after the broadcast ends.
We handle every part of the process, from initial promotion to studio production, giving clients a professional platform without the pressure of having to manage the logistics. Our studio setups can cater for podcast-style discussions, presentations with slides or infographics, or mixed-media formats that blend live discussion with pre-recorded segments.

And we’re not limited to one location. Depending on the project, we can take our filming setup on the road, join remotely, or host sessions in our dedicated studio space. We also offer guidance on format and script to help clients make the most of their time in front of the camera.
Every session is different. We’ve developed a number of studio styles and content templates to help match the right tone and structure to the topic being discussed. Whether it’s a deep-dive industry roundtable or a fast-paced Q&A, we make sure the content fits the message.
And we’re not standing still. We’re currently building a dedicated webinar hub on our website, where past and future sessions will live. This means future broadcasts won’t just be one-off events - they’ll become part of a growing library of useful content that audiences can access anytime. We’re also continually investing in our technical setup and content offering, making it easier for our clients to deliver standout sessions without the faff.
