This week, Aviation Job Search recorded 1,328 job applications, a 37% increase week over week, representing 357 additional applications compared to the previous week. It marks our strongest week for application performance in 2026 so far.
What's driving this growth? Social and email channels have been the standout contributors, proving once again that meeting candidates where they are; whether scrolling through their feed or checking their inbox, is one of the most effective ways to engage aviation talent.

Volume means little without quality, and that's where the data becomes even more encouraging. Of the 1,328 applications received, 78% were rated as high-quality. Much of this growth can be attributed to a targeted re-engagement email campaign launched on 14th May, which brought both new and returning aviation professionals back into the network.
