Why Have Changes Been Made?
As part of the relaunch, we have made significant changes to the way in which our CV Discovery tool works. The decision to make these changes was based on extensive research and feedback from our clients and jobseekers.
As I’m sure you’re aware, the way in which CVs are created, and the information included, can vary from one candidate to the next; this can make it challenging for recruiters like yourself to find the key information that you need.
As part of our relaunch, we have introduced candidate profiles with a standardised format, to make it much easier for you to search for and filter top talent. The candidate profiles are also designed to capture the information which an aviation recruiter would need to see.
The way we have historically mapped data fields within the database has also changed, to make it much more accurate in the future.

How Do the Changes Affect Me?
While we are confident in the changes, you might temporarily find instances in the CV Discovery where the candidate’s profile doesn’t 100% match with the information in their CV.
We would kindly ask that you bear with us while we work with our candidates to ensure all the data fields are populated with up to date and accurate information.
Rest assured, we will be working tirelessly over the next few weeks to achieve this. This will ultimately give jobseekers the best possible chance of finding a job, and it will give you the best opportunity to source and recruit quality talent.
Whilst we work on this, your account will be credited with 50 free CV downloads per month, for the next 3 months. We will update you monthly on our progress.
Please note, you don’t need to do anything to claim the free 150 credits, they will automatically be added to your account each month, starting from 17th March 2021.
