What is Managed Service?
Managed Service is our fixed price recruitment service. For a flat fee, we give you access to an account manager who will work with you to understand your recruitment needs, then we will advertise and headhunt for suitable candidates using our access to advanced databases and job boards. These candidates are then shortlisted and screened, and you can interview them based on the candidate profiles we give to you. Unlike most advertising agencies, you can make multiple hires for one fixed fee.
What does Managed Service include?
Everything. The single flat fee includes a briefing meeting with your account, advertising for the role, searching and headhunting, screening and shortlisting, access to our applicant tracking system, full reporting and as many hires as you wish to make.
How does Managed Service work?
It starts with a call with your account manager who will work to understand your exact requirements. You then leave the rest to us as we will promote the role and headhunt for suitable candidates. We’re fully transparent so you can see exactly how we whittle down the list of candidates to just a few quality prospects and will supply you with advanced profiles for each. Then it’s back to you – all you need to do is interview, and then you can make as many hires as you wish for no extra fee.
