They are clickable and can link directly to wherever you want them to and are fully mobile responsive so appear on desktop and mobile.

Display Banners appear in a variety of standard sizes throughout our websites including leaderboard, mobile leaderboard and MPU. You can choose where your banners appear; site wide, in a particular section or even just on our Career Hub and you can create ads that display your messaging and branding as you want.
How do Display Banners work?
You first work with our account manager to decide how you want your campaign to run and where you want it to appear, and then you can either send over your creatives or leave it to us to create the designs for you. We’ll also make sure you get a report showing how many people saw and clicked on your ads.
